Breakfast Club

Breakfast Club Timings:

Breakfast Club for school-aged children runs Mon - Fri during term time from 07.45am. Please drop off your child with a member of staff at the bottom of College Road by 07.45am so they can join the walking bus up to school.

Note: wrap-around care for nursery-aged children will be available from September 2024.

Charges:

The charge for each session is £4.15 per child, or £16.60 for 5 sessions booked in the same week. All bookings must be paid in advance via Parent Pay.

For those parents that wish to use government or employer-provided voucher scheme:

Please use this form to advise us of remittances made using the Childcare Voucher system and whether you require us to book places for your child: forms.office.com/e/fCZQVx4BSn

Please remember to allow up to 10 days for the credit to be added to your ParentPay account. If your employer scheme is with Computershare, we only receive payments around the 6th monthly; thus, you will need to request a booking using this form.

Please complete a separate form for each child.

Important note:
Please pay in advance as this will allow you the convenience of booking and managing the sessions required online, alternatively you will need to contact the school office in the same way as you do currently and ensure the sessions are paid for promptly.

After School Club

After School Club Timings:
After School Club for school-aged children runs from 3.15pm - 5.55pm, Monday to Friday during term time (excluding TD Days and bank holidays.)

Note: wrap-around care for nursery-aged children will be available from September 2024.

Charges:
£9.90 per child per session. All bookings must be paid in advance via Parent Pay.

Activities:

Children will enjoy a range of age-suitable activities, indoor and outdoor, depending on the weather, and will be provided with a substantial snack (sandwiches, fruit and veg, biscuits) from 4.15pm.

Collecting your child:

Children may be collected at any time from the side door of the hall (next to the clothes recycling bin.) Please do not drive up College Road at any time: park in the layby on the High Street and walk up to school.

How to book sessions:

Once registered, bookings and payments must be made in advance via Parent Pay, giving at least 24 hours notice.
