We received a message from Bob Lloyd, following Year 5's visit to Purton Museum to discover the role the village played in the Great War.

It was lovely to receive this message from Bob Lloyd from the museum following the visit: "Just a short note of thanks to Year 5 pupils, teachers and assistants who I met at the Museum this afternoon. It was a really good afternoon interacting with the children who were a credit to the school. They are certainly taking in all that they have been taught about the Great War, I hope they enjoyed the talk - and look after their horse tags! Many thanks again to all involved. Bob Lloyd."
