Having been reading sections from 'The Hound of the Baskervilles' and the 'Young Sherlock' series recently in our English work, it should probably have come as no surprise for Year 6 to find themselves plunged into the midst of a crime scene on the balcony outside their classrooms this morning. They had to make careful notes of all the clues they could find (using good prepositional phrases for accuracy, of course!) to enable them to write detailed crime reports when they got back to their stations tomorrow. Do we know whodunnit? Not yet, but don't worry: we have some of the sharpest minds in the school working on the case...
