St Mary's C of E Primary School & Nursery

There have been so many reading events at school this term (what with Roald Dahl Day, the school bookshop and even a visit from a professional author) it's hardly surprising that St Mary's children love books! Our Celebration Assembly this morning showed just how much fantastic reading the children have been doing this term. In the pictures you can see all the Key Stage 2 and Key Stage 1 readers standing up who completed 5 pages of their Reading Diaries: what a lot of them! The last picture shows the children from each class who were awarded a Reading Certificate by their teacher, so that's an extra special 'well done' to them!
