Well, our last full day of activities has certainly been every inch as packed with fun as the others. At St Mary's School we always strive to deliver a broad, varied and engaging curriculum, but some lessons can't be learned in a classroom.
Today the children took to mountain bikes and surfboards. Today they worked in strategic teams on an assault course. Today they guided each other through dark tunnels. Today they problem-solved their way out of tangled ropes and tyres and they played hide and seek - blindfolded!
And they learned and learned and learned. They learned about team-work, communication, fear and achievement. They learned new skills and discovered new talents. They learned about challenge and team-spirit. They learned about others and they learned about themselves.
And some, perhaps many, of these things will stay with them forever.
