Ball Skills

This term we are focusing on our throwing and catching skills in Rounders and Netball.

Find a ball (any size).  If you have a wall bounce the ball of the wall using an underarm throw.

Make it harder or easier by changing the distance that you stand away from the wall.

Try letting it bounce before you catch it.

Bounce the ball into the wall and catch it on the rebound.

If you don't have a wall then throw the ball into the air and catch it.

How many claps can you fit in before you catch the ball?

Can you bounce the ball and catch it?
