Volunteers

At St Mary's we are always delighted to welcome volunteers from the community into school. We believe this provides the children with experiences of the wider community and helps them understand their role within the world.

The children at St Mary's thrive when given the opportunity to work with others from our local community and those from the wider community. These volunteers include parents and grandparents, governors, work experience students, overseas students and many others.

If you would like to volunteer to help at St Mary's please make an appointment to meet with the Headteacher. St Mary's requires that regular  volunteers are  DBS checked before working within school. Please contact the school office for information regarding the process of DBS checks.

Please note, due to Covid 19 restrictions, we are currently unable to welcome any volunteers at St Mary's.
